An open-enrollment group using the latest evidence-based approaches for managing our emotions 

Meets on Tuesday evenings

Starting January, 17th

Meets on Wednesday evenings

Starting January, 18th 

6:00pm - 7:30pm Central Time

(Delivered in-person @ AMC / limited to 8 participants)
