About the Podcast

We wanted to create a resource to help you with integrating mindfulness in your daily life. Two licensed clinical therapists from our team and one of our mindfulness instructors join the co-owner of the Austin Mindfulness Center in this weekly podcast. 

We explore the common struggles of living mindfully and try to do so in a way that carefully balances playful and serious. We're all going through a lot right now. We hope to be of some help to you in this difficult time.
