Welcome
You're here! Be so proud of yourself for taking that most difficult initiative, for now the excitement of your journey begins. I feel honored to be your guide & support you as you lead the way. I will meet you where you are through a holistic approach, open-mindedness, & some light-heartedness. I welcome you enthusiastically to begin this journey of self-discovery together.
How I Work
My approach in therapy is one that is holistic in nature. By understanding the multiple factors that hinder & help you & building a plan together, we can incorporate awareness of & work in the mind, body, & gut (your second brain!). I use a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, & mindfulness that is catered specifically to empower each individual.
