Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here! You’ve made your first steps to foster healing and change. I offer a supportive space where you can grow, heal, and connect with yourself. Therapy is a courageous step, and it’s my honor to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
How I Work
I utilize a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic based approach that can be tailored to your needs in therapy. Ultimately, building a strong therapeutic relationship and
meeting you where you are is the first step. I believe in a holistic approach where mind, body, and spirit are all acknowledged when it comes to healing, and I often incorporate somatic based techniques in sessions. I am trained in Brain Spotting, a type of trauma therapy that utilizes eye movement to process trauma, and I am currently completing my 200 hour Yoga Certification. I also have a strong knowledge base and background in
CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman Level 1, and Emotion Focused Therapy, and incorporate those as well.

Therapist Spotlight
What made you decide to become a counselor?
From a young age, I was drawn to understanding people, their emotions, their stories, and what drives them. I remember sitting in a high school psychology class and feeling something click. I thought to myself, “This is it. I want to be a therapist.” Listening has always come naturally to me, and I’ve long been fascinated by what shapes our inner worlds Becoming a counselor felt like the natural path—an opportunity to turn my curiosity and empathy into meaningful support for others.
If you could teach the world one skill or technique to improve their lives, what would it be?
Grounding skills- my go to is 5-4-3-2-1. Using mindfulness and your five senses to bring you back to the present moment. (Five things you can see, four things you can feel, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, one thing you can taste).
Have you personally been in counseling and if so, what did you learn about yourself?
Yes, and it’s truly been life changing! I have learned how to truly heal and move forward in life, while feeling empowered in doing so.
If you could recommend one book to all your clients, what would it be?
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. However, I have found such joy in reading for pleasure, so I always recommend getting lost in some good fiction!
What inspires you to help others?
Witnessing others heal is truly an honor an indescribable. Its why I do what I do!
How do you personally practice self-care?
Being outside in any capacity, practicing yoga, and carving out time for myself in the mornings.
If you are hosting a dinner party, who are the 3 people you would invite and why?
They would definitely be characters from a fantasy series I am obsessed with! (Throne of Glass)
How do you relate to Mindfulness? How do you incorporate it in your sessions?
Mindfulness is something I believe goes hand in hand with healing. I will often bring it in sessions, especially during the beginning to get grounded.
