Each of us has been in a place where life seemed confusing and painful. This is why we have dedicated our lives to helping others through mindfulness-based therapy and education. Since 2011 we have helped over 3000 therapy clients. We’ve also worked with schools and businesses to teach their employees about mindfulness.

The out-of-pocket cost to meet with one of our therapists is $100 - $175 per session.
You can select the rate that best matches your budget and we'll do our best to meet you there!
