Each of us has been in a place where life seemed confusing and painful. This is why we have dedicated our lives to helping others through mindfulness-based therapy and education. Since 2011 we have helped over 3000 therapy clients. We’ve also worked with schools and businesses to teach their employees about mindfulness.

 

All of our therapists are trained in mindfulness and have also applied mindfulness in their own lives. Because we have personally experienced its effectiveness, we are dedicated to teaching you so that you can experience the same benefits.

Coming to therapy can often feel like walking into the great unknown. We want to help make it as clear as possible by showing you our process.

 

After you have reached out to get matched with a therapist, and scheduled your first appointment, the initial step involves working with your therapist to better understand what might be getting in the way and causing your symptoms and concerns. 

As you discover what is contributing to your problems, you will be setting goals, learning about important concepts, and applying skills in your daily life.

Therapy at Austin Mindfulness Center costs $80 - $175 per session. You can select the rate that best matches your budget!
