I am so happy you have found your way to my information!

I believe therapy can be the greatest gift one can give themselves. It is an intentional time for you and your personal growth. As humans we all find ourselves at some point feeling stuck and without choice. As a holistic centered therapist I believe that innate wholeness lives within us all and that  wholeness is accessible through meaningful, supportive, connection. Together we will create a safe space that you can explore and ignite the parts of yourself that will guide you toward your values and creating a vital and full life.

Through the practice of mindfulness and strengthening your body, mind, soul connection you will find greater ease when facing challenges in your life. This connection will assist you in letting go of the wounds and beliefs that leave you feeling stuck. Your engagement in therapy is a time you can feel safe, seen, heard, and most importantly deeply connected to your truth.

How I Work

I utilize many interventions to support your healing process. I find breathwork, eco-therapy, expressive arts, mindful movement, play, and talk, all supportive forms in the human experience of connection and vitality. Join me and let’s start building the life you desire!

My journey as a mover began many moons ago! As a small child dance was my way of communicating and expressing in a way I did not always feel free to do in the everyday world. I received a Bachelor's in Dance and for many years danced professionally! After moving through one of life's challenges, divorce, I realized that I wanted to learn the skills to share what my body, mind, and soul already deeply knew: movement is the only way out of the darkness, it is the only way to dance with the darkness, and to celebrate the light! The freedom that comes from forming a relationship with my body, my mind, and my soul has been my guide to a vital and full life!
