Wakelyn is a practitioner trained in contemplative practice and a Licensed Somatic Psychotherapist. She holds a Master’s degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Dance from Lamar University.


Viviana is a Chopra Center Certified Instructor for Primordial Sound Meditation, has been practicing Meditation for 6 years and holds a Master's Degree in Intercultural Management from the University of Bourgogne in France.

Introduction to Meditation

Learn the basics of Meditation followed by a short meditation.

Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

$20 per person


Explore the Body as a Foundation of a Meditation Practice

Follows the book "The Posture of meditation" by Will Johnson. 

  • Learn to re-discover your body while relaxing, calming your mind ​and opening your heart

  • Discover the resilience that transpires from the connection between mind and body. ​

  • Learn how posture and meditation impact our movement through the everyday life.

Primordial Sound Meditation

Primordial Sound Meditation is a meditation technique rooted in the ancient traditions of India utilizing Primordial Sounds (Natural sounds of nature) known as mantras.​ Learn your personal mantra based on the the time and location of your birth and begin the journey of Meditation.
