Anxiety and Depression
Grief and Loss
It can be difficult to admit to ourselves that sometimes we need help. I would like to tell you that oftentimes being vulnerable is not the enemy. If you’re feeling a little lost, emotionally exerted, or even overwhelmed by daily tasks, you are not alone, what you feel has value and meaning.
Therapy can provide a space of non judgement, openness, and encouragement where we can foster growth and encourage healing to help you obtain your goals. We can create a deeper understanding of thoughts, behaviors, and actions preventing you from experiencing the life that you want. I work with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, body image issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, and life transitions.
How I work
You are the expert of your own life and I am your humble guide.
Understanding that neither healing nor recovery are linear, I provide a nurturing, judgment free space to explore and utilize difficult moments as pivotal points in your path of healing. Together we will learn what tools, coping mechanisms, and other therapeutic modalities work best for you. While providing support, building awareness, and issuing self-compassion throughout your journey.
Utilizing a trauma focused lens, I enjoy teaching DBT and CBT skills, working with attachment theory, parts/inner child work, and self-compassion. Together we can address unwanted behaviors, thoughts and actions stemming from life challenges and generate accountability through goal setting, increase sense of belonging, and improve your overall quality of life.
