Welcome!

I am glad you are here! We as human beings were designed as social beings who are meant to exist inside a supportive village, yet today we are now more disconnected from each other than ever. While trying to tend to our own lives, we are being flooded by a constant stream of external information, from many sources, including the news media, social media, and a multitude of others. We were never meant to carry the entire world’s difficulties alongside our own.

If you are struggling with life’s challenges, I extend my recognition for the courage you have shown to reach out and seek support.

How I Work

While you are the expert of your own life, my purpose is to help you look within, so we can then clear the storm clouds and uncover solutions and coping methods for your unique challenges. Each human being deserves compassion and someone who will truly listen without judgement. Together, we can become a part of the village that we all need.

My specialties include stress management, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and narcissistic
personality disorder. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with some
Mindfulness techniques along with using the empathetic approach, to meet the individual needs
of each client seeking help.
